1.Frist, you need spd IMEI write tool download link is here

2. Then make sure the driver is successfully installed your Computer Download link is hare

3. Now Open the software  and follow step by step

4.Open write imei exe , 

5. Now you can set port COM1 to USB See The Image 

6. Now you can press "set" button on the main interface  to change the setting of write imeitool
